Snack Time is My Favorite Time
If you know me, then you probably know that I love to snack. I always have food with me for those “emergencies” when I get hungry. And by “emergencies” I mean basically every few hours my stomach tells me it’s time to eat. It is rough at school because classes tend to be a few hours long so normally by the end I am day dreaming about food.
Kirst found these blueberries in the freezer from this summer and defrosted them. They are seriously delicious blueberries, so sweet and juicy! Plus, yogurt is one of my go to snacks so combining the two seemed like the perfect snack. The honey is from Trader Joe’s. They were selling this rainbow of honey kit that I was really excited about, so I drizzled the orange blossom honey on top.
How to Make The Blueberry Honey Parfait
Super easy!
Layer 1 (the bottom): granola
Layer 2: yogurt (whatever flavor your heart desires, however, I used vanilla)
Layer 3: blueberries
Layer 4: more yogurt
Layer 5: granola, blueberries, AND the honey
Yummm! Hope you enjoy your blueberry honey parfait as much as I did
