Put the butternut squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, broth, water, beans, and apple in a large soup pot. Make sure all of the vegetables are covered with liquid and add more water if necessary. Bring to a roaring boil, cover with lid, let sit for 1-2 hours until the vegetables are fork tender.
Use an immersion blender to combine the ingredients. If you do not have an immersion blender you can scoop the mixture into a blender in batches.
Add the season salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Add more seasoning to taste.
