bananas, mashed

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour and baking soda.
In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time. Mix in the mashed bananas, the vanilla extract, and the walnuts.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix until just combined (do NOT over mix!)
Spoon batter into a greased muffin tin
Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
