  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat and add honey, instant coffee grounds, sweetened condensed milk, and nuts. Mix until smooth. Pour the fudge into a lined 8X8 pan. Smooth the top of the fudge and sprinkle the extra chopped walnuts on top and 1/8 teaspoon of flaky sea salt. Refrigerate for 2 hours then cut into 1 inch squares.
